I live in Ontario, Canada and I am having trouble locating a competent /6 builder. I'm sure there are quite a few out there, I just can't find them. If anyone has Names and Contact Information, I would greatly appreciate it. |

Some of the most powerful and well built motors anywhere... Depending on freight, you may save yourself $$ over even somewhat comparable work done locally. Lou |

If you are willing to spend alot of money and want a performance motor,I would bee interested.I am in California.Mike Jeffries would bee doing the head.I know I could build a even better engine on someone elses dime.GuzziMark |

Speed isn't the issue as much as reliability. I have a Hyper Pack intake and Hooker Headers, 1.6:1 rockers and that's about it for my parts list so far. I'm not going to race the car ('74 Dart), but I wouldn't mind having the oomph to teach the Honda boys a lesson. I'm thinking 91 Octane and about 200 hp to the wheels. |

Get rid of the HP manifold and get an Offy. On the street you'll be a lot happier. Call Mike and talk to him. Even if he doesn't do your engine you will get a much better idea of what you need. |

After all the effort I put into getting a HP intake, I'm not getting rid of it. If I do that, I might as well just put in a V8 as it won't have the same effect of being original. There are a few modifications I'm planning with the HP to make it more streetable; a plenum splitter and a heat riser off the headers should keep the fuel pooling issue away. |

Just do port EFI on that HP intake, and any streetability/pooling issues will be moot. Lou |

I can't really afford port injection... I'm gonna go TBI to keep the engine compartment looking a little more retro, it's easier to hide than a line of injectors. |

I got a spare motor i'm thinkin of selling but im all the way in florida. It ran 9.6's in the 1/8th in my duster needed a bigger carb and more tuning, now i got the turbo motor so it's starting to collect dust. Kev |
