These are on my shelf in Michigan. Don't know who made them, or when, but think it was back when the slant-6 was still a current-production engine. Don't know that I've ever seen a set of headers with provisions for a factory automatic choke (and provisions for a heat-tube type automatic choke, too). Don't know what I'm going to do with them; headers are against my religious beliefs.

Well, and this is just a thought...if they will work on my 1979 Plymouth Volare 225 super-six, you could give them to me at a great price......

Interesting....
Based on looks, those are not going to fit an A-Body car...
Anyone have an idea on application? Maybe a truck or van?

There was a pair very similar to that on E-Bay a couple years ago. Nobody knew what they fit either.

Hooker used to make a truck header that looked kinda like that.

You'd know better than I. What points of interference do you foresee? My notes from when I bought them say they were originally meant for an Australian Valiant, which would be an A-body but with steering box and column over on the other side, out of the way.

Naw, they're for the approximately eighteen Slant-6 C-bodies sold in Canada!

From what I've seen I think they would fit in Ap5/6 and VC valiants for sure.

I wanna move them. I was not anticipating the level of interest I've had. I have no idea what to price them at. Don't really want to put them on eBay. Not quite sure what to do! Will look to respond to all PMs shortly.

I just had a set built that are very similar to that w/o the choke provisions. $300 would be a good starting poit. :D

Dan, if DadTruck is hot after these I am up in Michigan quite often. Could pick them up to save everyone shipping hassles. Let me know if this works out.

The way the collectors come straight down will put them right onto the LHD steering box.
And yes, I bet those would fit a RHD A-Body but our members down-under would have to confirm.
