Will the lower rear seat frame from a coupe and/or sedan interchange with my wife's 64 Valiant convertible? I figured a sedan wouldn't, and a coupe might, but that's just my dopey guess.

Also, will the same bodystyle Dart seat interchange?

The only seat that will interchange with a convertible seat cushion is another early A convertible. It's possible a 67-69 might but I think it's too wide. A sedan (2 or 4 door) and hardtop rear seat cushion is definitely too wide. Looking for a convertible seat cushion?
