Just got this car it doesn't always do it... its mostly when I'm braking and changes with the speed of the car...

Hubcap? Rear axle bearing? Rim flexing?

Casually looking for a Clifford hyperpak intake for cheap.

When one of my rear axle bearings went bad, it started making an odd clicking sound. I couldn't figure out exactly where the noise was coming from, and continued to drive on it. Luckily, it waited until I was pulling into my garage one night before it decided to lock up completely.

Rim flex causing wheel cover clicking happens at all times, not just under braking. Same with axle bearings.

Clicking once per wheel revolution under braking often means a cracked brake drum or a spiral groove in the braking surface that pulls the brake shoe away from the backing plate (by spiral action, like a screw thread) then when the brake shoe snaps back to the backing plate you hear a click.

Thanks for the help! I'm really lovin it so for she's a hoop ride. There is no hubcap on that wheel ill pull that drum and check it tomorrow...

Now its joined by a sproinnnggg noise with each click I'm really gonna check that $#!+ tomorrow!

I usually see (hear) that type of clicking with a sloppy/course drum cut. You end up with a spiral groove (just like Dan said), so one side "screws" the shoes into the backing plate (it's quiet), & one side is lifted away until it snaps back- making the click.

Well if everything inside my drum doesn't look like a bomb went off can I get my drums turned and solve the problem.... or will I need to redo the whole shebang? I'm lovin this car!

You can probably break the spiral groove by hand-sanding the drums and shoes with a folded piece of 100-grit sandpaper. Make (and keep) the paper wet, and sand in an orbital or in-and-out pattern -- not round and round the inside of the drum or along the length of the shoe. Wipe everything down (final wipe with brake cleaner on clean rag) then reassemble and you should be fine. Do check for faulty or out-of-shape hardware while you're in there, and lubricate the shoe-to-backing-plate contact areas with a small amount of brake grease.

So I pulled the drum off and there is no weirdness in the brakes... no groove the pads are even the springs are good.... the inside of the drum is good too there is a slight groove on the wheel surface side but it seems straight..

You won't necessarily see a big honkin' obvious spiral groove. Sand it anyhow.

Started sanding and I can feel and see the groove I think its too deep to solve with sandpaper.... how much sanding am I lookin at I'm not giving up I'm just not sure its gonna work....

If you do have grooves that seem too deep to break with sandpaper, then go ahead and have the drums turned and surfaced.
