Strongest all motor drag car? Guzzi Mark. Biggest torque monster 1bbl? Doug Dutra's 260 CI Wagon. What will it be used for? CJ |

Guzzi Mark ...strongest on gas... Mike Jeffrey might argue with you??? Strongest all motor on alky is/was the Goodman/Brent Lancer (10.70s). Strongest gas motor (non drag) is Cameron Tilley. Lou |

Well, being somewhat new to the slants (although not to Mopars) these names don't ring any bells. Can someone suggest something to read? ________ Beautybrunette |

Yes, Seymour IS the quickest for sure, but your car is fatter, Mark, and you are almost as quick. I'm sure he is speeding up his car a bit more so that you won't take the A/gas record from him! Props to Seymour for his fast car and efforts for the slant 6 community! Should have mentioned him earlier.... Lou |

There was one at Las Vegas my dad took a picture of "The World's Fastest Slant Six" Any information on that one? It looked fairly basic, nice headers, intake, and such. |

I thiunk Seymour has some Jeffrey horsepressure in his motor too. And yes, all these fast guys do bother him. He IS up to something. |

It's nice to see Seymour all fired up about going fast again! He's kinda quiet about his efforts lately. Nothing specific mentioned other than stuff like, "putting in the good engine..."... stuff like that... I like to think he is over at the garage into the wee hours planning and scheming,... giggling to himself every once in awhile as he thinks about the suprises he has planned for this year... He has an infectious enthusiasm for sure! |

Is is nice to hear about Seymour getting the Slant Sickenss again! He has an infectious enthusiasm for sure! I think both Guzzi Mark and Seymour are gigling about trying to keep and set records. Greg |

polkat, In addition to reading through posts here in the forum you should go to the SSRN link on the main home page. SSRN covers the races and talks about many of the personalities in the Slant 6 racing community. The last several issues are posted there. http://www.slantsix.org/ssrn |

I'd like to someday be in that category of people myself. Greg I posted several years ago that I'd try to take that A/Gas record from Seymour with Turismo 225... That plan is more of a pipe dream than reality, but I may still have a trick or two up my sleeve... (I ain't sayin'... I'm just sayin'... |
