This is a shot in the dark, but does anyone know if they put different cams in 225's that weren't in A-Body cars? Would the cam in a '72 Satellite match the cam in a '73 Valiant? I know that '72 and '73 cams are supposed to match but what about in a non-A body? The only real differences I've seen along the way was the oil pan. Had to swap those. THANKS!!

Nope, same cam in all slant-6s from '71 to '80. It's the 244°/244°/26°/0.414" item.

The engine specifications in the '78 (section 9, page 73) and '79 (section 9 page 53) workshop manuals actually say .406 intake lift and .414 exhaust lift.
