Step 1: Using a 3/4' wrench, tighten the torsion bar adjusting bolt until you have achieved the desired ride height. (It sticks straight down at the inner end of each LCA.)

Step 2: Go get an alignment.

Be wary of your upper control arm bushings when raising and lowing ride height.

You will need:

A ratchet and 3/4" socket,
Tape measure,
Flat ground

Turn the torsion bar adjusting bolt clockwise to increase height, and counter-clockwise to decrease height. Use the tape measure to ensure both sides are even.

As Zorg said, go get an alignment afterward. If you move the front up or down enough, it will change how the car rides/handles/stops.
