how much would cost for the parts for disc conversion on a 1964-1965 dodge dart and how much labor.

Depends on where you source the parts from and who does the labor. If you find a 73-76 Dart or Valiant you can get all the parts you need for the cost of the vehicle, anywhere from free to over $1k. Buying just the disc brake parts new, used form a private party, or used form a boneyard means you can pay anywhere from $50 to several hundred.

Same goes for labor. Anywhere form free to over $1k, if you can find a shop that will do this conversion.

At the last Fall Fling, I scored the front suspension pieces from a '75 Dart for $150. This included upper control arms, spindles, caliper adapters and splash shields (plus lower control arms and struts, which I don't need, but may try to sell).

I've found some stuff at Rockauto. But check around, because Amazon.com carries lots of automotive parts, plus they usually offer free shipping, which can really add up for heavier items. For instance, I got Raybestos 7032R rotors from Amazon for $39.02 each - free shipping.
