So I decided to Fab up a New one with the bits of Angles, bends and Straight Pipe that I have left.

Bad News is that All the Beating and banging I did to get the Pipe out of the Muffler put holes in 2 out of six header tubes.

3 Salty winters on headers; I cant complain.

Dutra Duals and a y Pipe are next. That will be a great addition for the salty winters and for the proposed turbo that will be going on someday.

And the moral is; never throw away bits and pieces of anything, one day you'll need them!
You must be using enormous amounts of salt over there, my Aspen tailpipe has never been changed, but a muffler went south some years ago.
And we have a nickname for Oslo in winter time: Salt Lake City.
A pun, the norwegian word 'lake' translates to brine...

Olaf.

I'd think you'd be better off with a smaller pipe if it didn't have that 90 degree hard turn in it...........

Yep We do. Not alot of flats so EVERYTHING GETS SALT!!!!!!

Ed,

I didnt quite have the pieces / know how or machinery to make up any smooth transition there. So that's what I have, It's the Last bend before the turndown and 3" on a slant is overkill anyway so I am not too concerned.

Ken to answer your question:

Video was made with the old pipe but the sound was the same.

Not the best audio, but it's what I got. :-)
