My '75 Swinger is almost done and I have taken a few little drives around the block and I noticed I had a terrible misfire at part throttle. I read SlantSixDan's tune up suggestions and the timing curves many of you have put together and I purchased the NGK plugs, Bluestreak cap, extended tip rotor, and I added an MSD blaster coil (that I painted black to look factory). The misfire disappeared with the new parts. I am starting with an intial timing of 6 degree BTDC, 24 degrees at 2600RPM and with the vacuum advance it is 45 degrees at 2800RPM. I will play with the timing more when I get my bumpers back from the rechromer, install the wheel opening moldings, get an estimate, insure, and register the Dart. Thanks for all the great information.

Thanks, Chris
