Hey guys I've got some 5 spoke wheels from a 99 jeep Cherokee. They are 15x8 with a 5 on 4.5" bolt pattern. I am currently running 235/75r15 tires. Will these tires work on the new wheels. The wheels were free. I will need tires in the next couple months maybe. Should I just wait to put them on when I get new tires and get wider tires? Or can I run my current tires on them. I got a quote for $68 mounted and balanced on the new wheels. Thanks Cody |

Have you test fitted the wheels? Also, Walmart is cheap for mounting and balancing. |

How do the offset/backspace compare? |

The center hole on many Jeep wheels is supposed to be too small or too shallow. One or the other. Check it out before you spend any money. |

235 75-15 will fit a 8 inch wide wheel fine. I am running them on the 15x8 wheels on my 83 Dodge van. You do need to double check the wheel bolt pattern, the center hub register hole, and the backspacing. HERE is how to measure offset, backspacing, lug bolt pattern, and the center register/bore. |
