Are "A" body left hand wheel studs available in the States and who would I look to?

I think Dorman products still carries them, you'll have to look in their catalog and look up an early 60's mopar to see what they cross to.
Unless being original, most guys here will swap those out just to keep
the local tire jockey from goofing up the threads because they don't
know the threading rule on those years...
