Sometime by next summer I'd like to get the A/C working on this 67 Valiant. I have all the pieces but there is one problem. One of the metal lines coming off the condenser is ripped in half. It looks like someone tried disconnecting one of the connections and instead of coming loose at the threaded connection, it just snapped the tubing about 6 inches down the line. Is there a way to repair this or can you buy the lines online anywhere? |

Not worth messing with the old serpentine condenser -- put in a new parallel-flow condenser and enjoy better cooling and less torque load on the engine. See here and follow the links. |

Thanks Dan, I'll end up getting one when I get the project going. What about the broken line though? It's the one coming from the bottom of the condenser on the passenger side of the condenser. |
