I wish I had half the skills of this Thai Dude man... No I didnt do it myself but I saw how the guy did it. There is a layer of sponge (very thin probably about 1/8" thick) between the doorcard and the vinyl. The sponge is glued to the doorcard and then the vinyl is glued onto the sponge and stitched together.

Hope you get what im tryin to say hehe.

On the passenger side armrest, is that an integrated speaker?

Yeah on both sides actually (driver side hidden). But ive decided to not re-use them this time around. The new ones aren't factory either.
