Is there a larger capacity oil pan I can put in my 63 Dart, other than the stock pan?

No, the 60-66 A-Body factory SL6 oil pan is the only correct-fitting pan for that year Dart.
A custom pan can be made for special applications. (road racing, dragstrip, etc.)
