There's an 8 3/4 narrow differential for sale locally. What's this worth? Anything I should look out for?

I'm assuming that this would have come with the small bolt pattern?

Not enough info...
Is this a complete assembly w/ axles, center section and brakes?
In general, narrowed rears need special (shorter) axle shafts and most go to the large bolt pattern, when doing that.

It is complete 'drum to drum'. Is $200 unreasonable?

What does it fit?? If it's a stock A-body width, $600 would be about right, but if for some custom width (and perches moved), then it's horse trading.

Is there a place that sells reasonable kits that are bolt on ready? I saw one online for early A bodies and they wanted $2,555 shipping included....I was like wow to expensive

doctordiff.com is great, and reasonable prices. Shipping would be a bit high, but he goes to Mopar car shows on occasion too (Spring Fling in LA and Nats in OH).

I would just call him on the good 'ol phone and discuss options. Email may work too. Cass is a cool dude.
