Ran 20 - 30 psi (turbo) on a stock short block until a piston finally failed. 3000+ beat street miles and over 30 full throttle track passes.

1 bar = 15 psi = 1 atmosphere (approximately).

To be more precise: 1.00 bar = 14.5 psi = 0.987 atm.

Shaker has run up to 30 psi boost, which is 2 bar (boosted) above atmospheric pressure (atmos press = 1 bar).

So, the total pressure in his intake tract is a maximum of 45 psi or 3 bar.

For anyone running a MAP sensor, you would need at least a 3 bar MAP sensor to run 30 psi boost reliably. I have 2.5 bar MAPs in my MSI controllers, so I can run up to 22 psi boost reliably.

Not sure if this is what you were asking, but there it is...
