Hey guys, new member introducing myself. I'm from BC, Canada and have the "MOPAR Bug" have a 1949 plymouth, and have just aquired a 1965 Dodge Dart GT with a yet to be determined slant 6 under the hood.

Have been reading this site for awhile now and figured I'd finally register!
what a great resource, I'm sure i will continue learning lots on here!

Welcome here! Me and mine, we're headin' to Vancouver for keeps in about 2 weeks. That's a fine-lookin' Dart -- a US-market car.

Franklyn, welcome. I know for a fact that everyone from the Great White North is a RUSH fan. So whatever you do don't listen to Slantzilla. Nice car btw! Is the 49 stock?

thanks for the warm welcome folks,
looking forward to getting the slant six running good.

wvenable: the apart from lowering it front and back a bit, 49 plym is all stock with the original flathead 6.

Sure thing!

why the move?
Bunch of reasons, both personal and meteorological (wintertime in Vancouver requires…good wiper blades and an umbrella. Wintertime in Toronto requires sand and salt and shovels and boots and boot socks and eleven layers of clothing and…)
