I was driving my dart there the other day and it was running good and the next thing I know it will not idle still runs good while accelerating but will not idle. I got some carb cleaner and sprayed it around the base of my carb with no change in the rpm at all, I also sprayed it around all the intake runners with no noticeable change. I sprayed some into the carb and noticed if i sprayed carb cleaner into the carb the engine would idle smooth I'm stumped here.

You've got some trash in your idle circuit, common problem with today's "high quality" gas and a 40 year old car.

Take the idle mixture screw out, shoot some carb cleaner into the hole, put the screw back in, and see if it runs. If not try choking it real hard to see if you can pull through the garbage that's in the way. This trick worked a couple of times with my 1945 holley.

If that doesn't fix it, you've got to go into the carb and clean it out. I would suggest changing your fuel filter also.
