I got the head and everything switched on my 225. Problem i have now is the screw that acts as a fulcrum for the accel pump arm is missing, as well as the piece that seals the accel pump arm down into the bowl. So, when i fire it up it just dumps fuel everywhere. Anybody got a clue where i find one of those, the screw i can just pick up at Ace.

If anybody has a picture of a carter bbs carburetor, or has one on hand. Would anybody be willing to take a picture of the area around the accelerator pump rod where it goes down into the bowl. I got and installed a brebuild kit, but i think there is a washer or something missing on the top of it. Like a slotted rubber washer or something. There wasnt one in the kit i bought, but maybe i didnt get the right kit.. Thanks

Go back to the thread on vannin.com where I gave you links to the carb repair manual for your carb as well as links to other threads discussing things like choke adjustment for your carb. You have everything you need to make it right.

No problem. Nobody thinks straight when they are frustrated. If you get frustrated, put down the tools, step away, take a few breaths, and come back when you have a clear head. Been there, done that.
