OK its getting cool. choke is wired open have Hooker headers stock 2 barrel intake carb our choke is currently wired open so... is the anyway to install a working choke or do I need a manuel one thank you cold weather peeps. |

That's not quite a stock setup (carb is a Holley 2280; stock was Carter BBD) and that throttle/KD linkage is definitely not stock  . It's going to be difficult to add a satisfactory manual choke conversion to that carburetor, but probably not impossible, and looks like you've had some experience fabricating linkage setups already on this car. How are your welding skills? You could weld a simple platform onto the applicable header runner to mount a #1232 Electric choke kit...
