Post subject:	Fuel Mixture / Jet Settings - Set Me Straight, Please
I installed a Weber 32/36 on my Dart. The issue: My engine runs best when the fuel mixture screw is all the way in. When the screw is all the way in is when it's at its most lean, correct? And the fact that I have to turn the screw all the way in would suggest it's wanting for more air, right? So this would suggest I need slightly smaller jets? I ask because I would have assumed I was going to need slightly larger jets for the 225. Where is my thinking wrong?

It would be great to hear from one of you who also installed a 32/36, of course, but anyone who can confirm/disconfirm my limited carburetor logic would be greatly appreciated by me. It occurred to me that I got the carb kit from Redline, and it's specifically designed for off-road Jeeps. Perhaps that's why it, seemingly, has large-sized jets?

Do you have a fuel pressure regulator? Redline recommends a pressure in the 2.5~3 lbs range, see text low in this page 32-36_dfev_parts_breakdown.htm. Olaf.

Done and done, Olaf. I installed the regulator recommended by Redline and set it to the, recommended, 2 lbs. I'm thinking I'll look in to a smaller pilot jet.
