First off I had to get new hardware for the oil pump, the bolts from the motor had built in washers that were too large for the melling housing in some areas. But I have a question, it seems I have a lot of factory hardware and most have the built in washers, did these things not have any sort of lock washer? Is it good practice to buy all new hardware with lock washers? I just torqued down my timing cover and added a dab of blue lock tite. To what is a decent clean bolt. I'd just hate for things to eventually get loose[/img]
