Hey guys, I took my valve cover off and found the following marks: From front to back on one side "M 4095778 E168" The other side has the time stamps and "HN" What do I have here? |

Looks like a 81 and up "wide valve cover" head off a SL6 with hydraulic lifters. Do the rocker arms have adjustment screws? DD |

no, doesn't seem so. hydraulics aren't adjustable, right? |

Correct, there no lash adjustment screws on the hydraulic head rocker arms. DD |
