On the wiper linkages I think the difference is the button. Anyway on a 69 dart-- the vari -speed is a clear button, & the 2 speed is a black button--- they have a different pattern on the molded side--
I did not check the actual part # on the stub off the motor-- but the linkage arms had the same part ##.

also the switch is different.
