hey all ,

i am running a slant six powered hamb in austraila , it got a 225 slant with 100''thou of the head , a very lumpy camabout 312 dur tripple buvx-3 strombergs and straight zommie style pipes

the car comes in at 800kg , and has done a best of a 14.199 , i an in the thought of up grading the zoomie pipes as i feel there a little small at 1 and 1/2 inch and 27'' long , what is the best size and lenght for zoomies on a slant , ? oh and heres a vid of the car to give a idea what it looks like

You will find zoomies make less power than a properly designed collector header.

Zoomies are for forced induction applications where scavenging is not beneficial.

yes true headders woould be awsome but i am trying to keep the car looking as if it came from 1960 and headders where not really bigin austraila as far as i know , i was thinking about keeping the zooomie look mabe biggger pipes or a diffrent leanght ?>
