These guys are cool. I called to order door weatherstripping ("windlace") for the V2 64 Valiant, and try to get rear window gaskets for my '64 Valiant and '64 and '68 Darts (all 4 door cars).

They initially put me off a bit by saying they would check on the gaskets and taking about 10 days to get back to me, but no biggie.

Then, they say they can't get the red windlace, but only black for my car. They can't get any rear gaskets, but will continue working on it. SO, to compensate for my waiting and no parts, they send me the windlace for half price ($125 instead of $250). They apologize profusely for the delay. Nice.

Box comes with windlace in 3 days and it's only enough for 2 doors. Called back and had a 2 min conversation in which I told them I needed 2 more doors worth, and they simply said "We"ll correct this immediately." 3 days later I had the rest of the windlace at no additional charge and with no dramas.

While I would say this was not a seamless interaction, they were extremely responsive, and gave me a big discount when they could not help me in the way they originally thought.

Lou

Good to hear. I also dealt with them for the first time recently. They had the best price, friendly service and my windshield rubber was delivered in 3 days.

+1

I've bought several items from them over the years and have always come away satisfied.

Another great source of old Mopar parts, especially for older trucks:
