Hey guy,s, my ol man use to run slants in speedway 30 odd yrs ago and told me they use to run big block fuel pumps but can,t remember what mods they had to do to the pump.Searched on this site and can,t find any info,any help appreciated. Thanx Paulie |

I have used BB Mopar fuel pumps, made by Carter, swap the actuation arm and re-position the inlet section, so it could be used on a SL6. (see photo below) I have also taked the older Carter fuel pumps, made for the SL6, open them up and port-out the passageways, to get better fuel flow... and those reworked pumps "keep-up" with "hot" racing slants. DD
