I wanna get a newer front seat for my '68 Dart 4dr sedan.
Does the front seat from the Volare series or the later Dodge Dynasty fit properly into an old Dart? The cars seem like they are about the same size. Has anybody tried this? thx, jef

People have put all kinds of non-original seats into A-bodies. Nothing is a direct bolt-in; adaptation will always be required, and you have to make a careful job of it for crash safety reasons. If you are going to the effort, put in Chrysler Sebring convertible seats with their built-in 3-point seat belts.

I had 80's lowback 5.0 Crustang seats in my old Valiant and loved them.

I liked being able to recline the seat as I'm a big dude (6'2" 230lbs) in a little car!

After drilling new holes and tack welding on some reinforcement plates to the floor they were fine.
