| Post subject: | ac compressor help |
Hi guys, at the boneyard and I came across a '85 b150 with a slant AND AC. Now my question is the compressor that's on it says "manufactured by four seasons" made in the usa on it, P/N 58038. Is this a good compressor to use, or is it remain junk ?? Thanks as always, Mike |

Don't have the numbers handy, but Four Seasons does not have any "new" made in USA compressors. They are either rebuilt or made offshore, new. I am not a fan of Four Season compressors. |

What came with the Sanden compressors so I can keep an eye out for one, or can i just hit up the parts house for one, and if so what brand ?? I have already looked into the sheer insanity that is stripping out an ac unit out of a 5th ave to swap into my volare, and i am thinking a nice under dash will be my best option, -Mike |

Any one ?? I found a doowan license Nippon Denso made in Korea compressor, is this a Sanden knock off ?? It does have a v belt clutch, any info for trying to find a sanden compressor would be great, preferably from a boneyard car, thanks, Mike |
