Will the 69 Slant 6 904 Internals swap into a 68 Slant 6 904 case without any fuss or problems?

You'll be fine,the only diference will be the rooster comb and the start/reverce switch. Make sure to check input shaft endplay

THe Valvebody will be a 69 piece and THe Switch may be deleted.
If the input shaft endplay is out of spec where may I source Trrust washers?

The selective thrust washer that corrects endplay is located between the input and output shaft on the 904. A&A transmission is a good source. Don't purchase ones listed for mid 70s-up 904 transmissions,as they are different.
