65Dodge100: Please let us know how long it takes (took?) for GPRS to send you your gasket(s). They have an unfortunate reputation of taking far too long and not responding to emails, phone calls, etc. If they've gotten back on track I'd surely like to know about it!
GPRS email reciept to me had this note:

"Currently we're dealing with 2 cancer patients 1 whom is terminal, as such there may be a delay in receiving your order we'll try to email you should this happen but we may not even be here with trips to specialists etc we apologize for any inconvenience in advance & hope you understand the situation. No disrespect intended, but:

1. That is what they were saying in 2009, and

2. There have been other problems with GPRS, too. Repeated assurances they'd sent a part that never arrived, followed by multiple repeats of must-have-got-lost-in-the-mail, we'll-send-another-one types of exchanges, followed by giving up because the 2nd and 3rd and 4th sendouts never arrived either. I have a hard time thinking that's due to family members' health conditions.

It would be nice if some "rich" person could import, say 100 of them and have them here in the states for distribution.

I had no idea it had been going on that long.

I can't remember when I bought mine but it must have been in that time frame. I recieved the manifold gaskets quickly but messed up somehow (or they did?) and didn't get the hotbox gaskets. I reordered those and they came without any trouble also.

It could be that I ordered mine before 2009. I've been gathering parts for a long time. Time's fun when you're having flies.

I really hate to see them go downhill. I like their gaskets except for the GIANT port holes made, I assume, for headers. They seem to seal great so far but there is a lot of sealing surface missing for regular manifolds.

Got an email saying they had been out of the office for a week and the gasket was in the mail on April 24... Said 6-10 days. We'll see.

I have a P.O. Box so I'm slow about checking it - maybe once a week. Sometimes every 2 weeks. The gasket was here on May 3rd - about exactly when they said it would.

Works good too.

Just came across this thread and, since it appears GPRS is making some form of limited communication with people, I sent another demand for a refund for money sent to them on November 22, 2010.

I got all the above excuses from them, and the last I heard from them was on March 27, 2011. No response at all after that. I finally gave up in August.

There ought to be a warning posted here for everyone to see at the top of the engine section. What is that called, a thumbtack, or a sticky, or some such?

I tried sending demand for refund (after 1.75 years!) to the following two email addresses:

mrmopar@internode.on.net
sales@gprsmopars.com

Both came back as undeliverable with fatal errors.

Some people here seem to have communicated with GPRS recently. What email address did you use.
