I am going to touch up my grille on my car, first, what paints do I need to buy? And secondly, my vertical slats are white, but I see that a lot of them are black, which is factory? Or does it depend on options?

Your vertical slats were originally painted Argent (a variety of silver available in spray cans from restoration houses). The '71 Dart used the same grille but with black slats.
