Hello again, I just got my 62 Valiant Signet back from the paint shop. She looks good, but not too good. In other words I wont be afraid to drive her. I need some help. First the front windshield and rear glass rubber are destroyed. Where can I find these? I also need all the side weather stripping and wind-lace. The interior is Poly Green. I bought the dog dish caps and want to repaint the colors on the V, what is the closest color in rattle can? Photo's to follow... Thanks BTW Thanks for the color codes Dan, the light jade green and poly green combo look much better than I expected! |

Thanks Richard, I see they have my wind-lace, but am unsure about the correct color? Green/gold doesn't sound right, maybe the aqua? cheers, BT |

My '62 Lancer is that same color. There is no matching windlace available. Aqua won't match. Neither will gold. You might buy aqua and spray it with some kind of transparent yellow dye, or just get black. Windshield and backglass gaskets can be had out of Australia. See here. Chrysler engine enamel in red and in blue for the dog dish hub caps. |
