how full are these supposed to be ??

Mine is a see through and it is kinda lays on its side up near the carb and always barely half full.. Is this normal or should it be full or more than half.. If so it is prob the fuel pump or ??

It's normal, but:

1. A filter you can see through is not a good choice. Get one with a metal can.

2. Do the Fuel line mod.
