It's time to get geared up for the Slant 6 race at Knoxville, TN the weekend of 3-4 August!!! I'll start a tentative Roll Call to get things started: Meril Bruner Gary Bruner Lukus Bruner Courtney Bruner Larry Chesney Ellen Chesney Rodney Hargis Allana Hargis? Ron Hamby Brian Mimken Mark Charapich Mike Andreas Lou Madsen (X2?) Charlie Schmid (X2?) Chase Simmons Rob Simmons Ron Parker Norm Foster That's 20 cars without even trying hard! I will be there with the Cuda, hopefully, with 4.56 gears, and new slicks. Steven Adams, will be there with my 66 Valiant, and 4.88 gears. Going to try and get both cars into the 7's

I'll be there on Saturday to spectate. Might bring my new 28' enclosed trailer to have a place in the shade for all the slant guys to hang out in.

I'm 50/50 at this point. Starting my trip to Woodburn, OR on Saturday, so might be too tight. Will definitely be at Bristol, Clay City, and M-D... Lou
