I just developed a miss in the engine, new plugs wires, air filter, petronix ignition. I do have an exhaust leak where the ext. manifold cracked,. Was running great now a miss, any suggestions thanks Jim. |

More info, please. What is the year of the engine? Is it in stock configuration or have parts and pieces been removed, added, or changed? When does the miss occur? At idle, at speed, under acceleration? Listen to the exhaust; are the "Poff" misfire sounds rhythmic (one or two cylinders always misfiring each time their turn comes) or random? Note that exhaust leaks from the manifold can cause poor running because that's right below where air enters the carburetor. |

all stock 225 , misses at idle , the exhaust leak is the farthest from carb, no new stuff except what was listed in post, no pattern that is noted, thanks Jim. |
