Hi Folks. I purchased a super six setup back a while and have been piecing things together for installation but have run into a snag.

I dont seem to have all the brackets and linkage I need and would appreciate help in understanding what I do have and if it is possible to get the parts I need for installation.

I've seen the image of the accelerator linkage here but cant make the connection with what I have.

Here are pics of the linkage and the carb, can anyone tell me what I need?
Let me know if you may need more resolution on anything.

Thanks for being here!
John

Have you retrofitted a cable-type accelerator pedal? If you want to use a factory Super Six intake you can't keep the original rotating-rod type accelerator pedal and throttle linkage on your '63...

...but if you're willing to do (or buy) some fabrication, you can keep the existing throttle and transmission linkage. See the parallel 2bbl setup article. Photo documentation of a very well done such conversion is here.

Your pictures aren't showing up........

Might be a private/public setting.

If you have the cable-type accelerator, then you don't need to do any fabrication. But you are missing the linkage bracket, bellcrank, pivot, U-link, throttle cable clamp assembly that is held to the bottom of the two outboard bolts securing the intake to the exhaust manifold (or at least it's not included in your pictures).

Thanks Dan, what I have is in the pictures. The manifold and carb and an air cleaner and intake manifold nuts and the rod pictured.
Would you suggest I try to locate the missing hardware or try to use the lokar or other aftermarket kickdown products?
Cheers.
John

See this thread for kickdown options.
