You can order a set of hookers thru summit racing, mine took about 4 weeks to get, hooker had to build them. They are full length headers |

Dutra duals are better on a street slant. |

It's just as well Clifford doesn't have them for you. They have a long and ugly reputation for being a bunch of clowns; see for example here, here, here, here, and here. Much of what they sell is inaccurately described, and a lot of it is not even slightly cost-effective. The good news is that you don't need to go to Clifford to get hot rod parts for slant-6s. What kind of vehicle are you building up? Street, race, car, truck...? If you're driving on the street, you'd likely be happier with Dutra Duals. |

Are Dutra's available for purchase, or does one have to hack up their own manifolds? Not that I am averse to that, but some I am certain would be happy to find a seller to sell them already done, maybe with a trade in of their existing exhaust manifold? |

Yes... I make sets of "Dutra Duals" for people on a "as ordered" basis. Most buyers do exactly what you discribe, they send me a used factory SL6 exhaust manifold, to modify into a rear section and I send them a complete set, in return. (A new Dutra casting for the front and also modify their exhaust manifold, to use on the rear) Send me a PM for cost info. DD |

I will do that, unfortunately, it looks like a year at least before I need to even look into getting it done. So, I will probably PM you some time in the future. Thank you for the reply! |
