POSSIBLY, BUT maybe just an add-on lengthy antenna with a "dummy". Dual antennas were a 'style' of sorts for a while here in the states. Could have also been for governmental radio gear also... |

Those aren't long enough for a decent dual CB antenna system. I second the dummy antenna and government equipment antennas guess. Definitely not a factory option. |

At the risk of dating myself, I remember those antennas and matching dummy ones in the J.C. Whitney catalog. I thought they were pretty cool, but then I was VERY young! ATB BC |

Yep those were cool back in the day, I believe the 59 impala's had long ass stock ones. |
