i have a 84 dodge ramvan b150.where do i find body panels...fenders ,doors,hood,etc

Probably not much in good shape in wrecking yards in your area. You could hit www.car-part.com (searchable used parts), or one of the many vendors of Chinese aftermarket panels -- looks like RockAuto carries body repair panels for the '84 B150.
