It is worth whatever someone will pay for it.
The sad thing about engines, they quickly fall into the "used" catagory, soon after you fire it up.

Special head or star head? Pics and numbers. I would pay between $200 and $2000 depending on ALOT of details. I would actually pay more for it apart than together if its good.  Mark

But why take one apart that "runs awesome" ? Just wondering. Just after the main parts? (head, block, caps etc)

Aluminium block SL6 engines use a "high accuracy" cast iron cylinder head, those heads had the word "SPECIAL" or a star shape, cast onto them.?????????????? DD |
