Hi! Id like to know if the air filter shoud be replaced in case of using a long ram manifold. Should it be shorter in hight?? My actual air filter is the stock one, but the taller part of my hood is in the centre. Placing a long ram, the air filter would be placed under the left side of the hood, and I dont know if the hight there would be enough... Has any of you had any problem with that? |

http://www.slantsix.org/forum/viewtopic ... light=hpak You want this link... I use an aftermarket open air cleaner with a 2" tall x 14" diameter element. The Aussie Speed manifold is a little bit shoter so you may have more wiggle room. I would say also to do a search on my posts about installing the hyperpak (do search for terms 'hpak') to get some more ideas of what you need to gather up before installing your long ram manifold. -D.Idiot |
