Harmonic balance play? Just wondering how much wobble should you see when watching your motor run? Its a 1964 Dodge Dart 225 slant six...... |

No wobble, the damper should spin "true". DD |

Doc if its suppose to spin true what might cause it to wobble? Thanks for the help.......... |

These damper are 2 piece with a rubber insert between the outer ring and the inner hub. Look at it closely to see if the inner hub is spinning true. Mechanical damage will knock the outer ring "off centerline". (a hard "bump" to the damper, prying, hammering, or using an incorrect puller can "shift" the outer ring) DD |
