Hi, I have fix my TF904 with the Delux rebuild kit and add the cooler in front of the radiator all the servo seals have been replaced with new ones and all the piston seal replaced with new one. I have add the 8 liter Dexron III ATF oil. i have placed 0-100 psi pressure sensors in Kick down servo, Line pressure servo and rear servo plus I have place one temp sensor and one pressure sensor for cooler return line. after first start at 1000 RPM following readings are noted Test Test-3 Throtal Position Zero Throt . Full Throt. Engine RPM 1000 Gear Position D Line Pressure 70 90 Front Servo 50 0 Rear Servo 0 0 Lubrication Pr. 6 15 All reading in PSI can any one tell me why I am geeting suddenly 0 pressure in front servo when i go for full throtal position at position D (Test 3)? can I drive my car ? will it be safe for transmission? kindly answer me. (6) Front servo release is pressurized only in direct drive and should be same as line pressure within 3 psi (21 kPa), up to downshift point. what is this how to do that ????? Thanks |

The front servo release is only pressurized when the Trans shifts into high gear. The condition you describe is normal, because the Trans will downshift to 2nd (kick down) during WOT. I,f the servo pressures are within 2-3 PSI before the shift, I think your fine |

Thanks for reply, Last night we have test again gear in D 1000 RPM and found front servo pr 55 psi line pr 55 psi lubrication pr 9psi , when we push Throtal liver little bit downward say 20% of total travel both pr go up by 65psi then suddenly FS pr dropped to 0 psi. What is WOT? By the way I have fix the gauges perminantly so I can monitor the shifting. |

Today when we fix the rear tire back in their position and put the gear on "D" position engine RPM was 500 but I notice the Front servo pressure is zero and Line pressure is 60psi. I drove the car about half km and bring it back to home due to car engine geeting die as soon as i press the accelerator atound 50%. I have Bendix Technico BXUV-3 carb Ausi made. Now i have two question No-1 is it okay when your standstill and Front servo Pressure is 0? should i drive the car ? (Front servo pressure is okay when i keep off both my car wheels off or you can say when tires are moving in the air ) I do not under stand why engine get starve when presseing accelerator, i have rebuild the carb ? looks like i have put the bike carb in my car? Is BXUV-3 fit for Slant-6 225CID engine ? |

Where is the throttle valve, (TV) when you are at WOT? It should be all the way back. Send me your email in a PM. I'm going to send you some tranny info. CJ |

Yes,it,s normal to have zero pressure when stopped. When shifted in D,the Trans will only have pressure at the servo release port when it shifts in 3rd gear. |
