I used a similar wheel that I got from an Ebay seller, and used the Ford sensor that came from the car the EDIS module came from.

But I don't use the MS in my truck, I use the Megajolt Jr.

I use DIY wheel & pickup with no problems, its pretty straight forward as long as wheel is mounted with less than .010 runout

oooo sexy! did you just machine down a stock balancer? also have you though about the repercussions of doing that? and I mean as far as having the balancer being less efficient?

That is to be determined. Im not even sure if the balancer is tuned to the motor, mass wise, and then at what rpm? Well, its a start, Well see. This is a stock damper but there are many configurations of these in my looking for the right candidate. I think this was a very early example as the balance (?) scallop was taken out of the thinner front rim and the back rim was uniform, thicker at about .200 wide. My 67 had the scallop out the front and the back was too thin, all the mass was in the front rim. So just an FYI. Most trigger wheels on the net are 5mm thick or about .200, very good for the stock Ford VR sensor that has a sensor width of. 250, the size of the crowns of my teeth.

Maybe a 60-62 as i saw a nos 63 that was like my later one, beveled rear with thick scalloped front. If this doesnt pan out, ill burn off the toothed ring and mount it to a A/C rear mount pulley so as to make it hub rigid and still have a close to the block wheel.
