Cork Gasket is OK, but after it's cooked in, it tends to self destruct if a relash is done. The Felpro or Corteco rubber gaskets seem to hold up better and as long as you clean up the mating surfaces should get you through quite a few valve lashes before being a real leaker.

I like the rubber ones.

Install (and re-install) with some white grease smeared on it and it comes right off without sticking...........
