 What is the part circled in red? It usually has a black cover on it before taking a direct hit while reinstalling the engine. I think it may be an alternator regulator but I'm not totally sure. The circuit board is cracked and I'm wondering if this has an effect on the engine not wanting to fire. Thanks for the help. |

That's the voltage regulator, you'll need to replace it as it affects your charging circuit (best case scenario your battery doesn't charge, worst case scenario the field goes wide and you burn up the wiring and boil the battery as the alternator provides max output to everything). -D.Idiot |
