Once again it's time to plan for the Slant 6 "Social Gathering of the Year." Bring a picnic lunch, meet owners of 50 Slant and V8 Darts and Valiants. Swap for hard to find parts, Get advice, Learn new tricks, Catch up with old friends. Slant/6 Racing info. All for $5 donation. I heard thru the grapevine that there will be a complete super six set-up and Hooker headers for sale. Also a 62 Valiant and lots more. We are Slant6 racing at Sacramento this weekend 9/7-8. See you Sunday Sept. 29th in Redwood City. Bruce |

^Seaport Ct boat launching area off Woodside Rd./Seaport Blvd in Redwood City. Take Woodside Rd/Seaport Blvd exit from Hwy 101, go EAST toward the Bay, left on Seaport Ct. Perhaps I'll see you there Andrew, if you make the trip? |

Yes... another great gathering of Slant cars & people... for sure. 47 cars signed-in and lots of parts "traded-hands". Dave Wallace (editor of Hot Rod Delux, for a while) made it to the show and shot lots of photos... he commented how the quality of the cars attending, keeps getting "better & better". It will be fun to see if any of his info. makes it into any publications, in the near future. Mark your Calendar for next year's show... Sunday 9-28-2014 DD |
