I'm going to switch to a Pertronix 3ohm coil so I can bypass the ballast resister. My question is: what is the proper way to put these wires together? This is a dual or 4 terminal resister. |

Solder them! Then use heat shrink over them. |

That circuit already has a fuse in it. |

Do not put a fuse on the coil. That will cause lots of problems with poor voltage to the coil from the fuse glowing causing a huge drop in voltage. Also many Ignitor 1 and 11's die from low voltage and lack of cooling. |
